About this 2017 Sunreef Yachts 62-foot Catamaran
Built in 2017 by Sunreef Yachts, Adea carries the low, sculpted lines the yard is known for, and a comprehensive 2024 refit has left her looking and sailing like new. The rebuild touched nearly every system aboard: a more efficient generator, a fourteen-panel solar array paired with an upgraded battery bank, all-new cushions and trampolines, and a re-laid teak deck underfoot. Below, the galley was reworked around new appliances and a longer island, giving the crew more room to plate up ambitious meals for guests. Up top, her sail inventory got just as much attention: a new Code 0 for light-air passages, a refreshed mainsail, genoa, and solent, plus entirely new standing rigging supporting her full-carbon mast and boom. The result is a genuinely turnkey catamaran, proven bluewater bones wrapped in essentially new systems, run by a small, dedicated crew who know the boat inside and out.

- Sleep-aboard the night before charter start is available for half the daily rate, including boarding after 4pm, a welcome cocktail and canapes, and a light breakfast the next morning; that evening’s dinner is ashore at guests’ expense
- Christmas and New Year’s charters require a 7-night minimum and are priced flat regardless of guest count
- Non-certified guests can arrange a discover scuba course through Sail Caribbean Divers at additional cost; extra dive gear/tanks beyond what’s onboard (3 tanks, 4 BCDs, 3 regulators) can also be rented for a fee

Both meal plans are alternatives to the standard full-board inclusive rate – choosing one lowers the charter fee slightly in exchange for guests covering a few meals ashore themselves.
Meet the Crew
Adea sails with a three-person crew led by Captain Luka, an Irish native who has made two transatlantic crossings aboard this yacht and previously ran Mediterranean charters (Amalfi coast, Capri, the Greek Islands). He’s joined by Chef Alyssa, whose cooking draws on a season in Greece and a background in yacht service and hospitality.
